GM Preferred Owner Program Terms and Conditions
Preferred Owner Card:
Biggs Pontiac Cadillac Buick GMC Trucks, Inc is proud to offer our new Preferred Owner Program. With every dollar you spend in our service, parts, or body shop departments we will apply 5% of your total bill to your preferred card in the form of award dollars. You can use your award dollars to purchase any goods and services at Biggs Pontiac Cadillac Buick GMC Trucks. This is at NO cost to you. Simply swipe you card at our cashier window when you pick up your vehicle, and we’ll take care of the rest. Come on in and ask your service advisor or sales associate to sign you up.
 
Program Rules:
 

·         Initial card setup benefits include $250 award dollars towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

·         Earn 5% of total customer pay for service, parts, body shop (less tax) towards any service, parts or body shop purchase.

·         Your Preferred Owner membership can be used for any vehicle in your household.

·         Any items purchased with the preferred owner program cannot be returned for cash. All returned item’s value will be applied to the preferred card.

·         Award dollars can be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.

·         Cards expire 2 years from date of issue.

·         There is a $300 maximum redemption amount allowed per service transaction.

·         Customer eligible for GMS/Supplier purchase programs are not eligible to redeem sales rewards, but may utilize the service rewards program.

·         Employees of Biggs Pontiac Cadillac Buick GMC Trucks are not eligible.

·         Preferred Owner Rewards are not transferable.

·         Service/Sales rewards are earned by customer pay on service, body shop, and parts only. Factory or extended warranty repairs, insurance claims, or deductible charges are not eligible to earn rewards.

·         Biggs Pontiac Cadillac Buick GMC Trucks reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
